The hotel had crazy and unique designs all around, making it far from a boring shoebox. The mirror room we stayed in was cool and the location was amazing, just a 3-minute walk from town and a fantastic restaurant. Communication was fast and clear, although the early checkout was the only downside. The breakfast was filling with plenty of choices and the parking was easy. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel was also conveniently close to AquaThermal and the Wi-Fi was fast. The flowers inside added a nice touch. The short walk to the old town was peaceful and the hotel was quiet during the night. They provided a bottle of water in the room and the bar had drinks available until 10 p.m., with a minibar at the reception for later cravings. The breakfast included a good choice of food, including several milk alternatives. The location was perfect for our needs, with secure bicycle storage available. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was the best we've had, with a variety of options including ham, cheese, scrambled eggs. The Actimel was a nice touch. The room had nice decor, although it was a bit small for two people and would be better suited as a single room. a mind-blowing and super pleasant stay!

There was no secure parking space designated for bikes and the construction noise from the nearby worksite was bothersome during weekdays. Despite this, it did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.

The hotel was in a perfect location for our Christmas holiday, just a stone's throw away from the main attraction in the area and with free parking available.
